A really fun show today!  Especially memorable was a call-in, “Dr. Joe,” who started talking about postoperative pain after we spoke about Silentium, the new silence chip being used to make things quieter by using noise canceling technology in things like kitchen hoods.  It seems Dr. Joe thought that perhaps that noise cancellation tech could be applied to the human nervous system for cancelling pain signals..interesting thought..

And what’s this with Google and Robotics and Apple and iBeacons?  Very interesting developments to explore..
